Returns and cancellations

 We want you to be absolutely happy with your order. Please contact us if you have an issue with the quality of a product or have any question regarding your order. All madeleines are made to order and all the food products sold on our website are treated as perishable items. Therefore we do not accept returns. Refunds or replacement order to the same value will only be given in the event that you receive the incorrect product or if the madeleines are of unsatisfactory quality. Should this be the case, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your madeleines upon their arrival you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Madeleine and Co cannot accept liability for any complaints made after this time. 

For centralized orders mentioned on Order information - Fulfillment of orders, we may agree to a refund if you contact us regarding your wish to cancel more than 2 days of the next dispatch date of when you initially placed your order.
If you request a cancellation before our shipping time, we will however refund you of any delivery fees paid.
